So how do you deal with both positive and negative online reviews?
Positive Reviews:
- Thank the client for their review (if it’s on social media - respond to their review with a comment).
- A week later, send that client a hand written card. This shows you really value their business and you are committed to giving them the best customer service possible.
Negative Reviews:
- Never ignore negative reviews!
- Respond to the review in a timely matter and apologize for their experience.
- Contact them afterwards and ask how you can solve the problem and offer them some form of discount to lighten the mood.
